JUDr. Radka Žďárková

She graduated in Law and Legal Science from the Faculty of Law at Palacký University in Olomouc. In 2010, she successfully defended her rigorous thesis on the topic of ‘Expert Evidence’ at the Department of Criminal Law, Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague, thereby gaining the right to use the title JUDr. She has been practising as an independent solicitor since 2011. She provides legal services to both individuals and businesses. In her practice, she focuses primarily on civil law, particularly the law of obligations (drafting contracts, claims arising from contractual relationships), property law (property, settlement of co-ownership) and family law (modification of the care arrangements for minors, divorces, settlement of matrimonial property). A significant part of her legal practice also involves contentious civil matters, i.e. representing clients before the courts in civil cases. She also provides clients with defence counsel services in criminal cases under a power of attorney, whilst at the same time being a lawyer registered on the list of court-appointed defence counsel at the District Court in Náchod. She is also appointed by the same court as a guardian, particularly in matters of guardianship and the restriction (or extension) of legal capacity, and as a guardian in civil matters. She also provides safekeeping services for money and documents, particularly in connection with property transfers. She speaks English and is trying to learn Italian in her spare time.
