Mgr. Martin Štencel
He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague and has been practising law since 2005, having been admitted as a solicitor in 2008. His practice has long focused on intellectual property law, in particular copyright law, collective management of copyright and rights related to copyright; he has many years’ experience in providing legal advice in the field of film and music production. He has been a member of the law firm ŠTAIDL LEŠKA ADVOKÁTI s.r.o. since 2024, where he specialises in collective management and music law. He speaks Czech and English.
