Kristína Bernáthová
Mgr. Kristína Bernáthová
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Comenius University in Bratislava. She specialises primarily in copyright law relating to audiovisual works, industrial property law (particularly trade marks, patents, and industrial and utility designs), as well as providing legal advice on matters concerning collective management organisations. Whilst still a student, she worked at a leading law firm in Bratislava specialising in employment law. After graduating, she gained experience at the law firm , which specialises in commercial law, company law, acquisitions, mergers and property law. In the 2024/2025 academic year, she completed a one-year programme at the University of Münster focusing on European intellectual property law, media law and data protection law. She is fluent in Slovak and English.
