Kateřina Kraftová
Mgr. Kateřina Kraftová
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. She subsequently studied finance at the Banking Institute University. She specialises primarily in civil law, including property law, corporate law with an emphasis on financial law, software law and employment law. During her career, she has gained experience not only in setting up a financial institution but also with other companies operating in the capital market, including a securities dealer, and in providing legal services to estate agents, owners’ associations and co-operative societies. As part of her practice, she has focused on her favourite area of personal data protection and on compensation for personal injury. She is also interested in issues relating to construction law. Alongside her professional practice, she has long been committed to supporting exceptionally gifted children.
