Jana Kundrátová
JUDr. Jana Kundrátová
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague and of a study programme at Panthéon-Assas University in Paris. She specialises primarily in personality rights and private international law. During her studies, she gained experience at several leading law firms in Prague, at the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg, at the Institute of Fashion Industry Law, and also at a renowned investment company in Paris. In her practice, she has focused primarily on intellectual property law, trust funds, media law and property law. In addition to her professional practice, she has also been working as a translator for many years. She speaks Slovak, Czech, French and English.
